Starter terms that must be reviewed and customized before accepting customer payments.
Eligibility and authorization
Mailbox service is subject to completed authorization, acceptable identification, payment, and approval. Service does not begin until P0B confirms activation.
Permitted use
Customers may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, prohibited, or unauthorized purposes.
Address limitations
P0B does not guarantee that the address will satisfy requirements for residency, driver's licensing, voting, banking, credit, insurance, government filings, professional licensing, or online platform verification.
Fees
Customers are responsible for plan fees, postage, shipping, scanning, handling, storage, return, disposal, and other charges shown in the current fee schedule.
Mail instructions
Customers are responsible for providing timely and accurate instructions. P0B may impose storage limits and may handle abandoned or unclaimed items according to the customer agreement and applicable law.
Suspension and termination
Service may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, incomplete documentation, prohibited use, legal requirements, safety concerns, or violation of the agreement.
Limitation of liability
Add limitations appropriate to your operations and applicable law after legal review.
