How your P0B mailbox works
Reserve your address, complete the required authorization, and manage incoming mail from wherever you are.

Complete authorization
Submit USPS Form 1583 and the required identification following the instructions provided.

Receive your suite number
Once approved, you receive the address format and suite number assigned to your mailbox.

Mail arrives
P0B receives eligible mail addressed to you using the approved mailbox format.

Review notifications
You receive information about new mail and decide what action you want taken.

Choose an action
Request scanning, forwarding, holding, pickup, return, or secure shredding when available.
What you need to activate
- Completed USPS Form 1583
- Two acceptable forms of identification
- Required identity verification or notarization method
- Payment for the selected plan
