Acceptable Address Use
Use your mailbox responsibly and verify whether each organization accepts a commercial mailbox address.
Permitted correspondence
The address may be used for eligible personal and business mail when the customer has completed activation and uses the exact approved address format.
Prohibited activity
The address may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, deceptive business practices, prohibited goods, evasion of legal requirements, or activity that creates unreasonable risk.
No residency guarantee
The service is a commercial mail receiving service and does not by itself establish physical residency or domicile.
Third-party rules
Banks, government agencies, licensing boards, insurers, online platforms, and other organizations may reject commercial mailbox addresses. Customers must verify each organization's requirements.
Correct address format
Customers must use the address and suite number exactly as provided after activation.
