These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the P0B website and services operated by Digital Mailbox Services LLC (“P0B”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. USPS Authorization

USPS Form 1583 and identity verification are required before we can activate your mailbox and accept mail on your behalf.

2. Services

During Phase 1, P0B provides a virtual mailing address and scanning services (envelope scans and optional open & scan upon request). Forwarding and additional services may be added later.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate identification and current residential address.
• Maintain updated contact information.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

4. Prohibited Items

P0B cannot accept prohibited items such as cash, illegal drugs, weapons/ammunition, hazardous materials, perishable foods, or live animals. See our Prohibited Items page for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

P0B is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by USPS or third-party carriers. Our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the amount you paid for the affected month of service.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Accounts must be paid in full before closure. Upon cancellation, you must provide final disposition instructions (pickup, shred, or return-to-sender where applicable).
