How P0B Works

P0B is a USPS-compliant virtual mailbox service. Before we can receive your mail, USPS requires an authorization form (Form 1583) and identity verification.

Step 1 — Sign up

Choose a plan on the Pricing page and complete checkout.

Step 2 — Activate (USPS Form 1583)

Complete the notarized Form 1583 and upload two forms of ID. Once verified, we activate your mailbox and assign your suite number.

Step 3 — Receive mail + envelope scans

When mail arrives, we upload an envelope scan (photo of the outside) to your account.

Step 4 — Open & Scan (optional)

Request “Open & Scan” when you need the contents. We scan and upload the document securely.

Processing times

• Envelope scans: typically same or next business day
• Open & Scan requests: typically within 24–48 hours
